spring break...

it's my third day of spring break and so far has been very relaxing. after dinner and watching potch with susannie on thursday night, i woke up at the crack of dawn to take her to the airport. she's visiting soonok in nyc for a week. i wanted to go somewhere more beachier but things didn't work out so i guess i'll have to wait until the summer. a week to relax and take a break from student teaching and school is nice anyways. friday night, went to ruths chris for the first time...the best steak ever! but next time i'm getting it medium rare. and to add to the night...we were sitting one table away from mr. pimp my ride...Xhibit! hahah. he came in with a friend a little after we sat down. i don't think many people noticed him bc most of them were old, white people. so after they ate, john went to ask for a picture. but the x turned us down...probably bc he didn't want to attract attention to himself. other than that...he was realy nice and offered an autograph, chatted and shook our hands. thanks xhibit~!

so this break i don't want to be completely lazy and not do anything...that wouldn't be good. =P and since i don't have much free time when i'm school, i figure now is a good time to do stuff.

here's a few things i thought of:
gym
read...not for school (starting the chronicles of narnia)
watch a movie...alone
sightsee in the bay (the weather has been sucky)
knit
cook (i made dhen jhan jjigae yesterday)
start on my special project

and i still have to do...
laundry
lesson plans

well, i hope everyone is have a good passion week and thinking about what Christ did for you and I on the cross. =)
