some news...

i got cpr certified today. 3 hours of adult, infant, and child cpr training. it was more tiring than i thought. the most we did was 4 consecutive cycles - 2 rescue breaths and 15 compressions. i can't imagine doing it for 30+ minutes. but that's how long it might take for professionals to come. well if you're ever in cardiac arrest or have a foreign body blocking your air passage, you know who to call.
