paypal fraud

When I checked my email today, I got a charge confirmation for $67.00 through paypal. I don't remember the last time I used paypal...I don't even remember my password and couldn't log in. I wonder if any information was in my car. I don't think there was though...besides the normal registration and insurance info. But I did lose other important stuff...2 sunglasses, fastrak (i should cancel it soon), shoes, 2 pairs of rollerblades, jacket, beach towel, shoes, all my cd's, nalgene bottle, bobby's old collar =(. I keep everything in my car.
