santana row
Yesterday, we went to Santana Row for dinner. My older sister wanted to meet up with one her NYC friend's brother. Dinner was at this place called American Bistro. They have yummy ceviche and lemon chicken, which was huge! It's a nice place to have dinner outside, if the weather is nice. After dinner we went to this cute cafe for coffee. It reminded me of Sam-Soon because the pastries were so pretty and looked delicious! Anyways, most of our converations consisted of my sister and I reminiscing about our childhood pets. We had so many animals, even ones that we rescued and tried to save. Since we had a creek in our backyard, we would always go exploring and bring home random animals. One time, Soon found a hummingbird that fell from the tree. We made it a little bed and fed it sugar water. It didn't survive. =( Some of our other animals were chickens, rabbits, hamsters, cats, dogs, salamanders, and newts. Our hamsters had 12 babies and ate all of them. I guess you're not suppose to touch the babies bc they carry your scent. So the parents think it's food and eat them. We didn't know any better. But our house was like a farm. I can't believe our mom let us do all these crazy things. It was so much fun!
